Software Solutions
There are hundreds of companies and software houses in Israel whose primary focus is the development of software and websites, the vast majority of which do not specialize in a specific niche. Tamar decided to establish a software division specializing exclusively in telecommunications, in response to a genuine need raised by our clients for dedicated software and applications designed to provide managers with greater visibility, control, and oversight of all communications assets within the organization, as well as the associated costs.
Tamar's advantage in developing these systems lies in the company's knowledge, experience, professionalism, and expertise within the Israeli and global telecommunications industry.
Over the years, Tamar has developed a unique software solution that is currently deployed in dozens of organizations, helping them manage their telecommunications assets on an ongoing basis.
The software, which is installed on servers within the organization's internal environment, supports organizations in a number of areas.
The software's primary functions include:
Telecommunications asset management
Service provider invoice management
Expense monitoring and control
Allocation of telecommunications expenses to internal organizational units
Telecommunications Asset Management
One of the primary objectives of every telecommunications manager is to centralize and manage all of the organization's telecommunications assets within a single database and, whenever needed, be able to retrieve all relevant information at the click of a button.
With Miracle CRP, telecommunications managers can maintain and update a complete inventory of the organization's telecommunications assets, including mobile lines, fixed lines, data transmission lines, modems, telephones, and other communications equipment, through a simple and user-friendly interface. Each line managed within the system can be assigned to an employee, department, organizational hierarchy, budget category, site, or any other field defined by the telecommunications manager.
Managing the inventory enables telecommunications managers to maintain full visibility and control over all telecommunications assets across the organization.
Report Generator
The purpose of this module is to enable telecommunications managers to analyze data imported into the system and generate reports according to their specific requirements. Report creation is simple and intuitive, allowing users to build reports by selecting fields, filters, criteria, time periods, and other parameters.
The Report Generator enables users to access a wide range of information drawn from multiple data sources, including invoice data, workforce data, and technical data, while providing full integration between all data and information sources. Using this module, those responsible for managing the organization's telecommunications infrastructure can monitor communications expenses, perform comparisons, review telecommunications assets and inventory at any given time, and generate reports based on the specific data they choose to display. Reports can be exported to Excel, providing complete flexibility for further analysis and customization of the report output.
Mobile Device Issuance System
In global organizations, much of the work is conducted through face-to-face meetings, which periodically require employees to travel abroad. For these trips, many employees are issued mobile equipment such as mobile phones, routers, modems, and similar devices.
To support this process, Tamar has developed a module for managing the issuance of mobile equipment to employees travelling abroad on business assignments. The module records the employee's details, destination, and travel dates.
When the employee's return date approaches, the system automatically sends a reminder email indicating that the equipment must be returned. Once the equipment is returned, it becomes available for reissuance.
Using this module, organizations gain full visibility and control over each device from the moment it is issued until it is returned, as well as the ability to charge employees for their use of this service.
Miracle CRP Software
Miracle CRP is a software platform that operates within the organization's internal intranet environment and centralizes the management of the organization's entire telecommunications infrastructure.
The purpose of the software is to provide finance and telecommunications managers with complete control over all telecommunications expenses, enable the management and oversight of all telecommunications assets within the organization, and store all supplier contracts and invoices within the system - all in one place.
Miracle CRP is designed for medium-sized and large organizations with complex telecommunications networks that include communications systems, fixed-line services, data transmission lines, mobile lines, devices, and other telecommunications equipment.
The software also enables the import of data from the organization's call records and supports the allocation of telecommunications expenses across budget categories and hierarchical levels, from the company level down to the individual employee. This allows organizations to budget communications costs by department and verify that departments are operating within their allocated targets.
Supplier Invoice Management
One of the key modules within Miracle CRP is its ability to collect and store all telecommunications invoices from multiple service providers in a single centralized location, in a fully digital format, eliminating the need to manage hundreds - and in some cases thousands - of paper invoices received from different providers.
Miracle CRP is capable of automatically importing invoices from telecommunications service providers in Israel and around the world and presenting them in a clear and user-friendly format.
The invoice import process is quick and straightforward and can be carried out both by the client and by Tamar.
Once an invoice has been imported into the system, users can view the overall invoice or drill down into a specific line within the invoice, analyze individual charge components, review the charges received, generate reports based on a variety of criteria, and, of course, export the invoice to Excel for any purpose they require.
Corporate Directory
The Corporate Directory module is an integral part of the Miracle CRP platform and enables users to locate the telephone numbers of all employees within the organization.
The key advantage of the directory is that it is fully integrated with the Miracle CRP database. As a result, any update made to the organization's telecommunications inventory is automatically reflected in the corporate directory. This significantly simplifies the work of telecommunications managers and eliminates the need to update information across multiple databases.
