As part of our work in this field, we have carried out thousands of projects over the years, including highly complex and challenging ones, and have completed every one of them successfully, without exception.

Communications Centers

In recent years, we have seen significant changes in communications systems across many organizations, driven by the adoption of IP technologies that have migrated from the IT world into the world of telephony.

Tamar's consultants have extensive experience in this field, including the ability to evaluate and analyze the available options, assess the service requirements of each organization, compare different systems, and provide expertise regarding communications system configurations, card types, interfaces, and software used across various communications systems, including extension cards, external lines, PRI circuits, and SIP connections. Their expertise also includes designing service levels, defining user settings for each user within the communications system, planning and distributing loads across communications systems, and providing solutions for high-demand situations, among other capabilities.

We have successfully completed thousands of projects in this field, and as a result have established excellent working relationships with all key players in the industry, including communications providers, equipment manufacturers, importers, infrastructure providers, and others.

Domestic Telecommunications Service Provider Tenders

Following the introduction of regulation in the domestic telecommunications sector, many organizations have been able to reduce telecommunications costs by conducting competitive tenders among multiple service providers.

For many years, Tamar has assisted hundreds of organizations in the selection of telecommunications service  providers and, as a result, represents a significant purchasing force in the market. This is one of the reasons why many telecommunications operators are interested in submitting particularly competitive proposals to Tamar's clients. Tamar has an in-depth understanding of the pricing structures commonly used in the market and is thoroughly familiar with the agreements governing these services.

As part of the telecommunications operator tender process, we analyze the organization's current costs and prepare an initial Go/No-Go assessment. If the findings indicate that proceeding is worthwhile, we prepare a technical specification, a bill of quantities, and a request for proposals from the various service providers. Once the proposals have been received, our consultants and telecommunications finance experts analyze the submitted quotations, evaluate the financial viability of each proposal, and prepare a summary report containing conclusions and recommendations for action.

As part of the process, we support and participate in negotiations to the extent requested by the client, conduct a final financial feasibility analysis, and upon completion of the process, assist the client in overseeing the telecommunications service provider during the implementation of the proposed solution.

Infrastructure

Tamar's consultants have extensive experience in both traditional copper infrastructure and unified infrastructure based on the latest technologies.

Our activities in this field include planning infrastructure routes, determining the required quantity of cables and wire pairs, designing patch panels and cross-connect cabinets, and planning cross-connections.

In every project, we carefully analyze our clients' requirements, define system specifications, evaluate system development proposals, and provide our professional recommendations regarding the most suitable infrastructure solutions. Finally, in collaboration with our clients, we select the best approach for their needs and support them through to full implementation.

Ancillary Systems and Cellular Communications

The company's activities in the field of ancillary systems and cellular communications are diverse and encompass every stage of the process, from assessing organizational needs and analyzing work processes in order to identify the most appropriate solutions, through to consulting and project support until full implementation.

Our extensive experience is reflected in hundreds of projects involving the planning and consulting of systems such as voicemail, call routing systems, monitoring and control systems, call logging systems, call center traffic management systems of various types, IVR systems, call recording systems, SMS messaging services, unified messaging solutions, and more. In addition, our services can be utilized for the design and configuration of menu trees for voice response systems, including the development of various call scripts.

In addition, Tamar has extensive expertise in the cellular communications sector. Through our team of experienced consultants, we assist large organizations in selecting cellular service providers and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for the organization's mobile devices. We also provide support in the management, planning, and monitoring of distribution lines, traffic and vehicle control systems, and in the selection of monitoring and control systems based on cellular SIM cards and mobile applications.
